Over 600 acres of landscaped lakes and natural green open space.This Water Park has everything including a nature reserve with hides. 13 Landscaped fishing lakes with car parks.  Long and short walks through wooded and greened area with surfaced paths and rugged trails.

There is an information centre along with a coffee shop, toilets, education centre, car parks and a play area.

Red Admiral butterflies in august and Kingfishers, Jays and Grebe are seen all year round.
