How can I earn money?
You could earn anything from £400 pounds a day to thousand's depending on the size of your property and location. The Film and Television Industry are constantly looking for property that they can have in their films and programmes. They are looking for all sorts of buildings from council houses to mansions, warehouses to offices. Your property could be anything including classic cars, boats, an aeroplane and not just buildings and homes.
You must be the owner of the property. You should not register if your renting a property and are not the owner.
Register: Register with us your details by creating a profile. (These are your contact details).
Add your property: This is a general view of your property i.e. Kitchen, Bathroom, Garden in a semi detached home built in 1980.
Add Property Items - This will be the specifics for each room i.e. Kitchen size, design, colour, ceiling height and window.
Pictures: Take good pictures of your property. From the corners of each room. If you are struggling to take good pictures you can arrange with us to send a professional photographer to take the pictures for you at a cost.
Tags: To tag a
property you are listing the features of that room i.e. by placing ‘Bathroom
‘as a tag in the field when a search is made for a bathroom your property will
come up in the list. The more tags the more times your property and its
features show up in the search.
If a production company like your property, they will arrange with us to film on your property. The production company will then pay us upfront. We will take out our 20% commission and then pay you on the day of the event.
Insurance: We check the validity of the production company, their insurance and who is going to be on location. The production company may send their Location Manager and Producer/Director along to scout and make decisions on how the filming is going to be done. The production company may need half a day prior to and after the shoot for setting up and clearing up time.
Any damage that may occur will be covered by the production companies insurance. This agreement is between the production company and the owner of the property. To register your property click here.
