You could earn anything from £400 pounds a day to thousand's depending on the size of your property and location. The
Film and Television Industry are constantly looking for property that they can have in their films and programmes.
They look for all sorts of buildings from council houses to mansions, warehouses to offices. Your property could be
anything including classic cars, boats, an aeroplane and not just buildings and homes.
Firstly you must be the owner of the property. You should not register if your renting a property and are not the
owner.
Register your property and load up images for free. Take good pictures of your property. If you are struggling to
take good pictures you can arrange with Way Out to send a professional photographer to take the pictures for you at a
cost.
If a production company like your property, they will arrange with us to film on your property. The production
company will then pay us upfront. We will take out our 25% standard fee and then pay you prior to the event. We check
the validity of the production company, their insurance and who is going to be on location. The production company may
send their Location Manager and Producer/Director along to scout and make decisions on how the filming is going to be
done. The production company may need half a day prior to and after the shoot for setting up and clearing up time.
Any damage that may occur will be covered by the production companies insurance. This agreement is between the
production company and the owner of the property.

You can search and find a location for your next shoot. Log in and set up an account. Then you will be able to access
our library free of charge. We only charge a fixed 25% rate for every successful day of shooting. You will need to be
able to provide proof of your company and the insurance that your company has. Our clients also like to know who is
coming on site.
Everything will need to be paid up front.

subject to a £200 cancellation fee.
